When was the last time I cried? Yesterday. A friend was so kind to me and so empathetic about something that I was experiencing that I let the tears come and didn’t stop until I was good and done, thank you very much. Sometimes it’s the best and healthiest thing I can do for myself, before I dust myself off, fix up my lipstick and move on.
