Rules for the TueNight Virtual House Party Gift Box Giveaway.

• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
• Giveaway is limited to U.S. residents only who are over the age of 18, excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska.
• Giveaway period begins Tuesday, 11/15/2022 at 12 a.m. EST and ends Tuesday,12/13/2022 at 3 p.m. EST.
• One (1) gift box containing curated items, including but not limited to, one (1) snarky tote bag, one (1) book from a Gen X maven, one (1) candle, one (1) necklace, one beauty product, and more. Total AVR $250+ USD. 
• There will be one (1) winner selected at random from TueNight, LLC’s full list of event registrants.
• You will be automatically entered into the giveaway if you sign up for the event.
• In case of a dispute as to the owner of an entry, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the screen name from which the entry is made. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
• TueNight, LLC is not responsible for technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, telephone or network lines, lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail. 
• The winner will be selected at random from the entire list of event registrants on or about Tuesday, 12/13/2022, and notified via email on the next day.
• To claim a prize, the potential winning Entrant must provide a valid physical mailing address within seven (7) days of TueNight, LLC’s notification email or the prize will be forfeited. 
• If a potential prize winner forfeits or does not claim the prize, the prize will be re-awarded at sponsor’s sole discretion. All prizes will be awarded.
