Victoria Fine is the founder of Finally, a growth hacking company, and an avid but mediocre sailor. When she's not practicing knots or trimming sails, she's creating great content and building huge audiences for storytelling around social change. She's formerly the director of strategy and audience development at Slate, and the managing editor at Upworthy. Victoria was also a founding managing editor at Huffington Post Impact and Education, and co-built The Tiziano Project, which teaches people in conflict, post-conflict and developing regions multimedia storytelling skills to help them tell true stories.
